There were intricate, voluminous pieces for evening, dresses that were breathtaking exiting rather more than they did arriving, which could be said to be a surrealist trick! The jackets were oversized and tailored to perfection. It has to be said that as the show went on the less matchup matchup we saw the better it all appeared. Schiaparelli brought the model diversity in colour and age and this was well appreciated. X

Many of the looks were scrawled with Russian script for "I’m in love" in a print wrought from the designer’s own impressively elegant hand. She’s Ukrainian.  "It’s more sensual, and real, in your own handwriting," said Zinko. There were similarly personal touches in the breezy floral dresses, digital prints and other renderings with Zinko’s own photographs of pansies and dahlias shot in her homeland. There were also notes from the 1970 film Love Story allowing for a hypnotic freshness.


For Zinko, she’s hoping these sporty pieces will take you places. Without a stop at home to change. Effortlessly sports. Effortlessly the office. Effortlessly the street.
